Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. 

 

‘No Shows’ are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. 

 

Cancelation fee’s must be payed before scheduling another appointment.

Payment

We accept cash, check and credit card. Credit card transactions have an automatic 3.5% surcharge added to the amount by the credit card company.

Re-Do Policy

If there is something about your hair that is not working after your appointment, contact your stylist within 7 days of your visit to schedule an adjustment.

Guest

Seating in our reception area is limited, please take this into consideration when bringing a guest to your appointment with you.
